Terri McAuley brings over twenty years of award-winning sales and marketing experience to her career as a Broker & Realtor. Her background includes a successful career selling technology and application software at all levels of major Fortune 100 companies. Early in her career, Terri was in sales and marketing for IBM where she consistently exceeded her objectives. These experiences trained her to take a "solutions" approach to assisting her clients.
She utilizes technology everyday to assist her clients whether they are buying or selling. She is known for being in tune with her clients needs, processing those requests and executing a successful buying/selling experience.
A hard-working, high-energy and loyal advocate, Terri is committed to success; her clients' and her own! With over $15 Million in residential sales in 2007, and $7.5 Million in 2008, Terri continues to grow her business based on client referrals.
In 2008 Terri continued her real estate education and became, a “Certified Luxury Home Specialist” and due to her revenue volume was admitted to “The Million Dollar Guild”.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
In addition to focusing on her real estate business, Terri is an advocate for PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving) and is a very active volunteer for the organization.
